A European tire recycling operator offers a used high-performance dual batch mixer for precise dosing and homogeneous blending of rubber granulate with binders, pigments and additives. An independent left and right dosing and mixing system ensures accurate, balanced, and highly repeatable batch preparation. This system provides separate controlled dosing for isocyanate, pigments, catalysts, as well as water, all with weight-controlled precision to ensure maximum consistency and repeatability of every batch.

A leading tire recycling equipment manufacturer is offering for sale new ECO Green Monster Shredder at an unbeatable price. Originally priced at $1 million, the shredder is now available for just $600,000! The ECO Monster single-shaft hydraulic shredder processes tires and other waste materials into 6-inch-minus shreds. This primary shredder comes with a custom hydraulic power unit.

We would like to offer a fine grinding plant for the production of rubber powder. The system consists of two consecutive shredding units, each equipped with two counter-rotating cutting rollers. These units process rubber into coarse granules (5.0 – 20.0 mm), which are further refined into fine powder (up to 0.4 mm) and can be sorted into various grades through sieving before packaging. The plant processes up to two tons of raw material per hour.

A German company is currently selling its used rubber pressing and molding equipment, as well as technology for manufacturing molded products from recycled tire rubber. The company specializes in the manufacturing of rubberized surfaces for equestrian applications, rubberized flooring solutions and other relevant merchandize.
