Scandinavian Enviro Systems (Enviro) CEO Fredrik Emilson and CFO Fredrik Aaben have subscribed for a total of 3,980,769 shares, valued at just over SEK 3.3 million, as part of the company’s recently completed rights issue. The rights issue raised approximately SEK 240 million, significantly boosting Enviro’s cash position.

“Fredrik Aaben and I made extensive subscription and guarantee commitments, which reflect our strong confidence in the company, its technology, and its ability to both solve a major environmental issue and create significant economic value. Other members of the management team have also subscribed to a considerable number of shares,” says Fredrik Emilson, CEO of Enviro.

Before the issue, Emilson and Aaben had committed to subscribing. Emilson subscribed to 2,956,672 shares, while Aaben, who previously held no shares, subscribed to 1,024,096. The funding ensures Enviro’s operations are secured through mid-2026, including the start-up and handover of its Uddevalla plant to Infiniteria. The facility will recycle 34,500 tons of tires annually, with all future output already sold.
